Job Description
We are seeking a weekend Receptionist to join our team! The Receptionist will professionally greet, assist, and provide direction and information to residents, families, visitors, vendors, and other guests of the facility.
Responsibilities:
Answer the phones and take messages; greet and direct visitors.
Maintain the reception area, perform data entry, and sort and distribute mail.
Provide customer and clerical support.
Qualifications:
Previous office experience preferred
Ability to type, use the computer and use Microsoft products preferred
Previous nursing home experience preferred
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
